These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RozgarWise website (rozgarwise.com) and the services provided through it. By registering an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About RozgarWise

RozgarWise is an AI-powered career tools platform designed to assist Pakistani professionals with CV analysis, job description matching, tailored CV generation, cover letter creation, and AI-driven job discovery. The platform is operated by RozgarWise and accessible at rozgarwise.com.

2. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive or fraudulent behaviour.

3. The Credit System

  • Access to paid services is governed by a credit system. Credits must be purchased in advance.
  • CV + JD Analyzer: 2 credits per use
  • AI Job Finder: 1 credit per use
  • Credits are deducted at the time you submit a service request.
  • Purchased credits do not expire and can be used at any time while your account remains active.
  • Credits are non-refundable, except in the case of a verified technical failure where the service was not delivered. In such cases, credits will be restored to your account.
  • If you believe credits were incorrectly deducted, contact us within 7 days at support@rozgarwise.com.

4. Payment and Billing

  • All credit purchases are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
  • RozgarWise does not store your payment card details. All payment information is handled securely by Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Upload content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Upload documents belonging to another person without their consent.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user’s account.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access our platform.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
  • Use our Services for commercial resale purposes without our prior written consent.

6. AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimer

  • All AI-generated content is intended as guidance and a starting point for your personal review and editing. It does not constitute professional career advice.
  • RozgarWise does not guarantee that using our Services will result in a job interview, offer, or any particular career outcome.
  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all output before using it in any application.
  • Job listings provided by the AI Job Finder are sourced from third-party platforms. Their accuracy and availability cannot be guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The RozgarWise platform, name, logo, design, and original content are owned by RozgarWise and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You retain full ownership of any CV or documents you upload.
  • AI-generated outputs produced from your content are provided for your personal use. You may edit, use, and distribute them for your own career purposes.

8. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • RozgarWise provides its Services “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
  • In no event shall RozgarWise be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount of credits you purchased in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@rozgarwise.com. Any unused credits will be forfeited upon account closure.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date and notify you of material changes by email or prominent website notice. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
