Welcome to RozgarWise. By accessing or using our website at rozgarwise.com or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. About RozgarWise
RozgarWise is an AI-powered career assistance platform that helps job seekers analyse their CVs against job descriptions, identify skill gaps, and discover relevant job opportunities. Our tools are designed to guide and support your job search — they do not guarantee employment outcomes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding agreement to use RozgarWise. By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the platform for lawful purposes only.
3. User Accounts
To access our services you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately at hello@rozgarwise.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Credits System
Our services operate on a credit-based model. Credits are purchased in packs and deducted each time you use a paid feature (such as CV + JD Analysis or Job Finder).
- Credits never expire — your purchased credits remain in your account indefinitely.
- Credits are non-transferable — they cannot be gifted, sold, or transferred to another account.
- Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to adjust credit prices or pack contents at any time. Existing purchased credits are not affected.
5. Payments and Refunds
All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your chosen payment method.
Refund Policy:
- Credit packs are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used.
- If you experience a technical error that incorrectly deducted credits, contact us within 7 days at hello@rozgarwise.com and we will investigate and restore credits if the error is confirmed.
- Duplicate charges or payment errors will be refunded in full upon verification.
- We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with AI-generated results, as outcomes depend on the quality and completeness of information you provide.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use RozgarWise for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our AI outputs without written permission.
- Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
7. AI Processing and Data Transparency
RozgarWise uses artificial intelligence to generate career insights, CV feedback, job matches, and written CV content. By using our services, you acknowledge the following:
What data is sent to AI
- CV + JD Analyzer: Your full CV text and the job description you provide are sent to our AI provider to generate your analysis results.
- AI Job Finder: Your CV text is sent to our AI provider to identify your skills and find relevant job listings.
- CV Writer: Your professional information (job titles, responsibilities, education, skills) is sent to our AI provider to enhance the writing. Your personal contact details — name, email, phone number, and address — are never sent to any AI model.
How AI providers handle your data
We use commercial AI providers (Groq, Google Gemini, or OpenAI) operating under data processing agreements. Under these agreements:
- Your data is not used to train AI models.
- Data is processed only to return the requested response and is not retained by the provider for their own use.
- All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
AI output disclaimer
- AI outputs are for guidance purposes only and may not always be accurate or complete.
- We make no guarantee that using our services will result in a job offer, interview, or any other employment outcome.
- You should always apply your own judgement before acting on any AI-generated recommendation.
- Results depend on the quality and completeness of information you provide — incomplete or inaccurate input will produce less useful results.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on RozgarWise — including our brand, design, software, and written content — is owned by or licensed to RozgarWise and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any CV, document, or personal data you upload. By uploading content, you grant RozgarWise a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to provide the requested service to you.
9. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Third-Party Services
RozgarWise integrates with third-party services to deliver our platform. Key integrations include:
- AI providers (Groq, Google Gemini, OpenAI): Used to process career data as described in Section 7. These providers are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies, but are contractually bound not to use your data for model training.
- Payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, card networks): Used to process credit purchases. Payment data is governed by their respective terms.
- Job board APIs (Remotive, Jooble, Adzuna): Used to retrieve job listings for the AI Job Finder. Your CV data is not shared with these providers — only search queries are sent.
We are not responsible for the independent practices or content of third-party services. Your use of any third-party integration is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RozgarWise, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
- Loss of employment opportunities, income, or career outcomes.
- Interruptions, errors, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to RozgarWise in the 30 days preceding the claim.
12. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes to these Terms by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of RozgarWise after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
