Job descriptions — uploaded or pasted when using the CV + JD Analyzer.
Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. RozgarWise does not store your card number or bank details.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring website, and device information through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account.
To provide the services you have requested, including CV analysis, job matching, and generation of tailored CVs and cover letters.
To process your credit purchases securely.
To send transactional emails related to your account.
To respond to your support queries.
To improve and maintain our website and services.
To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activity.

We do not use your personal information for advertising purposes, and we do not sell your data to any third party.

3. How Your CV and Documents Are Used

Your CV is used solely to provide the service you requested.
Your documents are not reviewed by any human as part of the analysis process.
Your documents are not shared with employers, recruiters, or any third party other than the AI processing service described in Section 4.
Your CV files are automatically and permanently deleted within 7 days of upload.

4. Third Parties We Work With

Stripe: Used to process credit purchases securely. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Google Gemini AI: Our AI analysis features are powered by Google Gemini. When you submit a CV or job description, this content is processed by Gemini AI to generate your results.

We do not share your information with any other third parties except where required by law.

5. Data Retention

CV and document files: Automatically deleted within 7 days of upload.
Account information: Retained for as long as your account remains active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure.
Analysis results: Stored in your account until you delete them.
Payment records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with financial record-keeping requirements.

6. Your Rights

Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.
Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent to processing at any time.
