Technical Issues or Billing Queries
If you have experienced a technical problem — such as a failed analysis, an error during upload, or a credit deduction without a result — please contact us immediately at support@rozgarwise.com with your account email and a description of what happened. We take these reports seriously and resolve them as a priority.
For billing or payment queries related to credit purchases, please include your transaction reference number if you have one.
