If your CV is not uploading, here are the most common causes and fixes.
Check your file format
Only PDF (.pdf), Word (.docx), and plain text (.txt) files are accepted. If your file is in a different format (e.g. .pages, .odt, .rtf), convert it to one of the accepted formats first.
Check your file size
The maximum file size is 10MB. If your CV is larger, try compressing the PDF or removing any embedded images.
Try a different browser
If the upload fails in your current browser, try using Google Chrome or Firefox.
Clear your browser cache
Sometimes a cached browser state can cause upload issues. Clear your cache and cookies and try again.
