The analysis is taking too long or failed

Most analyses complete within 15–30 seconds. If yours is taking longer or showed an error, here is what to do.

If the analysis is taking longer than 60 seconds

  • Do not close or refresh the page — the analysis is still running
  • Wait up to 2 minutes before assuming something went wrong

If you see “Something went wrong”

This usually means our AI service experienced a temporary issue. Your credits should have been returned automatically. Try again after a few minutes.

If you see an error with a reference code (e.g. RW-20260531-A3F9C1), note it down and email hello@rozgarwise.com. We will investigate and restore your credits if needed.

My credits were deducted but I got no results

Contact us at hello@rozgarwise.com with your account email and the approximate time of the failed analysis. We will restore your credits within 1 business day.
